Anastasia VanderMost is a seasoned mining professional with over 15 years of experience in mine operations and geology. Currently serving as Mine Operations Superintendent at Nutrien since January 2018, Anastasia previously held the same role at PotashCorp from June 2008 to January 2018, where involvement with the Mine Engineering group facilitated expertise in geotechnical data collection and interpretation. Earlier in career, as a Research Assistant at NRCAN from June 2005 to May 2008, Anastasia specialized in forensic analysis of historical mining data and 3D geological modeling to assess potential for exploration and mining. Educational background includes a Master of Science in Geological and Earth Sciences from the University of Ottawa and a Bachelor of Science in the same field from McMaster University.
