Tina Lindeloff has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Tina started their career as an Analytical Chemist at MS Consult in 1998 and continued in this role until 2005. Tina then joined Orkla Health and took on various positions such as Analytical Chemist, Head of Analytical Development, and QA/QC Support Manager from 2005 to 2010. Tina also worked as an Expat in Qatar from 2010 to 2012.

In 2012, they returned to Orkla Health and served as a QC Laboratory Manager & HACCP Team Leader, Quality Manager, and later became the Business Development Director. As the Business Development Director, Tina was responsible for leading critical growth initiatives, including M&A and post-merger integrations. Tina also played a significant role in strategic projects such as sustainable packaging, Amazon launch/online international strategy, and exploring new business models.

In 2015, Tina took on the role of Executive Assistant at Orkla Health until 2018. After that, they joined Eace Gum as a Board Member in 2022 and NutraQ in 2023 as a Senior Project Manager.

Tina Lindeloff has a diverse educational background. Tina obtained a Master's degree in Chemistry from Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen, completing their studies from 1991 to 1998. After a gap, they pursued further education and earned another Master's degree in Business Administration from Heriot-Watt University from 2010 to 2014. Before their university education, Tina completed their Matematisk student degree from Schneekloth gymnasium between 1988 and 1991.

In addition to their academic achievements, Tina has also obtained various certifications. Tina completed the Orkla Management Program and the Orkla Sustainability Academy - Short version from Orkla Group in June 2023. Prior to that, they completed the Orkla Digital Academy Fundamental Program in February 2022. Tina also holds a PRINCE2® Foundation Certification Training from PeopleCert, which they obtained in September 2020. Tina completed the Certificate of completion from Circus Street in November 2019 and the Core Program for Management from Orkla Digital Academy in the same month. Lastly, Tina obtained a PRINCE2® 2017 Practitioner certification from PeopleCert in October 2020.
