Narges Namvar serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer and Head of HR and Corporate Operations at NutraQ since August 2014, focusing on strategy, organizational development, performance management, and geographical expansion, while also overseeing IT strategy and media communication. Prior experience includes roles as HR Manager and HR Consultant at Sana Pharma and NutraQ, and as a Senior Advisor and Therapist at Akershus Universitetssykehus. Narges has held positions as HR Consultant at Sporty 24 and Clinical Advisor at Psykiatrien i Vestfold, along with working as a pedagogical psychological advisor. Narges holds a Cand. Ed degree in pedagogical and psychological counseling, alongside foundational studies in criminology from the University of Oslo.
