Steven Thede serves as the Chief People Officer and Head of People at Nutrafol since May 2019, where effective collaboration with the executive leadership team has been pivotal in developing organizational and talent strategies to support the company's growth. Prior to Nutrafol, Steven held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Revlon Inc., focusing on global marketing and product development across multiple brands. Steven's extensive experience in human resources includes roles at L'Oréal, Oxford University Press, Good Shepherd Services, Gay Men's Health Crisis, SCP Communications, Datatek Consulting Group, and Robert Half International. Steven earned a Master of Arts in Social-Organizational Psychology and holds a Certificate of Collective Intelligence from Columbia University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Iowa.
