Rachel Iezman is an experienced professional in human resources and talent management, currently serving as a People Business Partner and previously as a People Specialist at Nutrafol since October 2020. Prior to this, Rachel worked at Zola.com as a Talent Associate and Talent Coordinator from July 2018 to October 2020. Rachel's earlier experience includes an HR Internship at L'Oréal, where responsibilities involved sourcing and screening candidates, leading interviews, and participating in hiring decisions. Additionally, Rachel held leadership roles such as Facilities Management Director at Kappa Alpha Theta Headquarters, where budget management and community service project coordination were key duties. Rachel also undertook internships in project management, customer service, and arts administration, showcasing a diverse skill set. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Management from Tulane University's A.B. Freeman School of Business.
