Who You Are:

As ±·³Ü³Ù°ù²¹²ú´Ç±ô³Ù’s Contract Recruiter, you will partner closely with the HRBP team and hiring leaders to develop and implement talent acquisition strategies that align with our organizational goals. You will be the subject matter expert for the functional roles you support. You will curate role attributes, competencies, and criteria that drive success in the performance of each role. You will play a critical role in optimizing the recruitment process and oversee the day-to-day coordination and support in retaining and attracting top talent. Ìý Ìý Ìý Ìý Ìý

What You're Good At:

  • Talent Acquisition Strategy: Design and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent across various functions, roles, and role levels.Ìý
  • Market Analysis: Conduct labor market research and analyze trends to identify potential talent pools and inform recruitment strategies.Ìý
  • Employer Branding: Collaborate with Communications and Total Rewards teams to enhance our employer brand and promote our company culture.Ìý
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with HRBPs, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams to understand their talent needs, organizational goals, and develop customized recruiting plans and pipelines.Ìý
  • Candidate Experience: Enhance the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from application to onboarding.Ìý
  • Metrics and Reporting: Regularly report on metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement. Ìý
  • Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings, utilizing networking and social media platforms.Ìý
  • Talent Specialization: Document and curate role and role level specific skills, tools, experience, characteristics, competencies, and opportunities.Ìý
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and candidate evaluation.Ìý

  • 3+ years’ proven experience in talent acquisitionÌý
  • Strong understanding of current recruitment trends and toolsÌý
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsÌý
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisionsÌý
  • Proficiency in Greenhouse applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment softwareÌý
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyÌý
  • Ability to work independently with savvy time management skillsÌý
  • An attitude that thrives in a fast-paced environmentÌý
  • Ability to work from our headquarters in Austin, TX Ìý

Employment Type: 6 month full-time contract
