Charlotte Delaney is a seasoned professional in the field of journalism and content creation, currently serving as Chief Storyteller and Head of Content at Nutcracker Agency since May 2015. Prior experience includes roles as Features Editor and News Online Reporter at BCR Publishing from September 2009 to November 2011, where responsibilities included writing and commissioning content for Factorscan. Additionally, Charlotte contributed to Loud And Quiet and Time Out Group between 2005 and 2009, assisting with reviews and the Picture Desk. Charlotte holds a BA Hons degree in Journalism from London College of Communication, completed in 2009, and attended Carshalton High School for Girls from 1999 to 2004.
