Seth Hopkins has over 25 years of experience in technical support and management, currently serving as Senior Manager of Support Readiness at Nutanix since October 2015. In this role, Seth manages relationships with top global partners and consistently meets company goals related to customer satisfaction and resolution time. Prior to Nutanix, Seth held multiple roles at Cisco, including Senior Technical Manager and US/Canada Technical Services Business Operations Manager, where performance exceeded KPIs and successful support of sales teams was achieved. Earlier experience includes positions at Williams Communication as a Network Engineer and BDM Technologies as a Field Service Engineer. Seth holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Missouri State University, an MBA from Campbell University, and additional training in Business Process Analysis.
