Miloš Gavrilov is an experienced engineering manager currently leading a team at Nutanix since October 2024. Previously, Miloš served as the Head of Development at Hurdle, significantly improving operational efficiencies by launching an automated Epigenetic Pipeline and achieving on-time feature delivery under tight deadlines. With a background in software engineering, Miloš has progressed from roles such as Backend Engineer and Lead Software Engineer in various startups, demonstrating expertise in transitioning system architectures, team building, and managing technical projects. Academic qualifications include a Master's Degree in Information Systems and a Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems and Technology, both from the University of Belgrade.
