Neo Jie Ning currently serves as a Consulting Project Analyst at 180 Degrees Consulting Singapore since January 2024 and holds the position of Global Relations Unit Delegations Head at the National University of Singapore Students'​ Union since November 2023, where responsibilities include facilitating university visits. Additionally, Neo Jie Ning acts as a Student Ambassador for the National University of Singapore, participating in major events such as NUS Open House and Commencement. Previous experience includes directing academia for the NUS Students' Business Club, conducting significant academic initiatives, and internships at MoneyMax Leasing, Singapore College of Insurance, and GREAT EASTERN, gaining exposure in human resources, financial processes, and claims management. Neo Jie Ning is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Accounting and Business/Management at the National University of Singapore, having started studies in August 2022.
