Gregory Moffitt has a diverse work experience. Gregory is currently working at Nusano as the Director of Target Development since August 2020. Prior to this, they worked at the University of Washington for several roles. From July 2018 to August 2020, they served as a Research Assistant Professor, where they focused on Monte Carlo modeling and neutron therapy. Gregory also worked as an Acting Instructor from September 2017 to August 2020, where they were responsible for various engineering tasks related to the operation and maintenance of the UW cyclotron and Clinical Neutron Therapy System (CNTS). Before joining the University of Washington, Gregory worked as an Engineering Technician at the same institution from January 2015 to September 2017. Additionally, they worked as a Senior Reactor Operator at the University of Utah from May 2013 to October 2014 and as a Research Assistant at the Energy and Geoscience Institute from December 2008 to May 2012.
Gregory Moffitt received their Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Utah in 2012. Gregory went on to pursue a Master of Science degree in Nuclear Engineering at the same university, which they obtained in 2014. Gregory then continued their education at the University of Utah and completed their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Nuclear Engineering in 2017.
