In 2022, they were hired as a Food Safety & Quality Assurance Manager at Nurture Life.
Michael Sacco Jr. obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Hospitality Administration/Management from Robert Morris University - Illinois between 2006 and 2008. Michael also earned an Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S.) in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from College of DuPage between 2004 and 2006. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Implementing SQF Systems from the SQF Institute (October 2017), HACCP Food Safety from Food Safety and Quality Systems LLC (June 2017), and FSPCA Preventative Controls for Human Food from the Institute for Food Safety & Health (IFSH) (August 2016).
