Sweta Bisht is a UX Researcher at nurture.farm since September 2021, where responsibilities include leading user research projects and contributing to product strategy through insights. Prior experience includes a research internship at the Centre for Internet and Society, focusing on voice interfaces in India, and a design researcher role at Gram Vaani Community Media for a participatory policymaking project. As a UI/UX Designer at App Street Software Pvt. Ltd., Sweta developed user flows and prototypes for digital products. Sweta began a career as a Software Engineer at LIBSYS Limited, contributing to mobile app development. Sweta holds a Master of Design in Human Centered Design from Srishti Manipal Institute of Art, Design, and Technology and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science Engineering from DIT University.
