Dhiren Bathija is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational strategy and process transformation, currently serving as Lead at nurture.farm since September 2021. Dhiren has a strong background in optimizing costs, driving digital transformation, and managing budgets and operational metrics. Prior to this role, Dhiren held the position of Deputy General Manager at Cognizant, where significant improvements in productivity and operational metrics were achieved. Dhiren also served as a Senior Manager at GENPACT, focusing on process reengineering and automation, resulting in substantial cost savings. Earlier career experiences include roles in technical support and automation leadership at Philips Healthcare and Aditi Technologies, respectively. Dhiren holds an MBA in Information Technology from S P Jain School of Global Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Sir M Visvesvaraya Institute of Technology.
