Clare Quinlivan is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in digital communications and project management. Currently serving as the Communications and Engagement Strategic Programme Manager at The Nursing and Midwifery Council since November 2020, Clare leads initiatives to enhance digital engagement and ensure messaging aligns with organizational values, effectively reaching over 788,000 registered nursing and midwifery professionals. Prior to this role, Clare worked as Publishing Manager at Oldcastle Books, managing the entire publication process and overseeing digital marketing campaigns. Clare holds a First Class Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and French from the University of Warwick.
