Maciej Adamczyk has a diverse work history in the software development field. Maciej began their career as a Junior Developer at Tens sp. z o.o., where they worked on internal tools and web application reporting for rolling stock diagnostic systems. Maciej then joined ExpertSender as a .NET Developer, where they developed a complex email solution platform. At Holte as, they served as a Software Developer, responsible for developing internal tools and contributing to the creation of a supporting app for construction site management.

In 2014, Adamczyk co-founded eVici Poland and held the position of Co-founder. Alongside this role, they served as a Senior Full Stack Developer, overseeing the full development lifecycle of the Servicehefte Bolig mobile and desktop app.

Adamczyk's next venture was with Nixa.io, where they co-founded the company and took the lead in product development. Maciej then served as the COO and Co-Founder of ITCraftship (Acquired by Nursa, Inc.), a company focused on software development tailored to specific needs.

Currently, Adamczyk is working at Nursa as the Principal Engineer. Maciej previously held roles at the company as the Head of Development, CTO, and Senior Software Engineer.

Maciej Adamczyk pursued their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from 2008 to 2013 at the Gdańsk University of Technology.
