Igor Alzuguir has extensive experience in various product management and IT roles. Igor began their career as a Regional IT Planning Intern at BAT in 2015 and progressed to become a Regional IT Planning Analyst. Igor then served as a Global ITX Product Analyst before taking on the role of IT Project Manager, where they successfully delivered a project to migrate email addresses for over 3,800 employees.

In 2020, Igor transitioned to the role of Product Owner at BAT, where they initially focused on RTM Marketing and later on Marketing. Igor successfully managed stakeholders and led a global team based in Russia for the implementation of new email addresses.

In 2021, they joined Órama Investimentos as a Senior Product Manager, and in 2022, they moved to Nursa as a Product Owner.

Igor Alzuguir completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Strategy & Science of Consumption from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a graduation degree in Business Administration from Ibmec between 2012 and 2016.
