Marcus Kincaid is an experienced information technology executive currently overseeing the IT strategy and policies at Information Technology Management and Services since May 2022. Previously, Marcus held various leadership roles at Lear Corporation from September 2015 to November 2018, including IT Director for Infrastructure Deployment - Americas and Global Director of IT Engineering Systems, where responsibilities encompassed communication, guidance, and strategic implementation of enterprise applications. Earlier, Marcus managed IT environments and supported operations at Johnson Controls Automotive from January 2003 to September 2015, including roles as Global Interior Business Unit IT Manager and North America Chrysler/VW Business Unit IT Manager. Marcus holds a Master of Science in Business Information Systems from Walsh College and a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration from Grand Valley State University.
