Charu Singh is an experienced professional currently serving as an IICA Certified Independent Director at Company A since October 2020 and a Research Scholar at the Delhi School of Economics since October 2019. In addition, Charu has been a Corporate Trainer at NIRC-ICAI Northern India Regional Council since May 2018 and previously held the position of Assistant Professor at the University of Delhi from July 2016 to September 2022. Earlier roles include Assistant Manager at GE focusing on Transfer Pricing from December 2013 to June 2016 and Associate Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers India, specializing in Transfer Pricing from July 2011 to December 2013. Charu has also completed a Summer Internship with PricewaterhouseCoopers in 2010, focusing on Tax and Regulatory Services. In terms of education, Charu is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in International Business at the Delhi School of Economics, holds an MBA in International Business from UBS, Chandigarh, an M.Com in Business Policy and Corporate Governance from Indira Gandhi National Open University, and a B.Com (Hons.) from Indraprastha College for Women, along with being a qualified Company Secretary.
