Fatos Berisha is a seasoned professional in customer support and implementation management with a career spanning over 18 years. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Support at Nuqleous since January 2025, Fatos previously held multiple roles at Shiloh Technologies from April 2014 to January 2025, including Director of Implementation, Implementation Manager, and Technical Analyst - Team Lead. During Fatos's tenure at Technesis from April 2006 to December 2013, significant achievements included leading teams as a Senior Support Engineer to triage and resolve client requests and functioning as an Applications Engineer for critical software issue resolutions. Earlier experience at the Academy of Art University involved providing desktop support and escalating software issues. Fatos earned a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science, Mathematics, and Economics from Lyon College between 1999 and 2003.
