Mohammad AlRuwaili is an experienced IT professional with significant expertise in support and service management. Currently serving as the ICT Services and Support Section Head at the National Unified Procurement Company "NUPCO" since February 2017, Mohammad has previously held roles including IT Support Senior Specialist and IT Desktop Support Specialist. Prior to NUPCO, Mohammad worked as a Sr. IT Administrator Support Engineer at Dr. Sulaiman AL Habib Medical Group and as a Team Leader and 2nd Level Support Engineer at Diyar United Company. Early in the career, Mohammad worked as an Operator at Al Khafji Joint Operations. Academic qualifications include a Diploma in Industrial Electronics and Controller from Technical College and IT Skills training from the University of Cambridge.
