Arti Nandal has over 13 years of experience in Human Resources. Arti began their career in 2008 as an HR Executive at Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India Pvt. Ltd. In 2010, they joined Philips as an Assistant Manager Human Resources and was promoted to Deputy Manager Human Resources. In 2021, they began working as a Human Resources Manager at Nupay.

Arti Nandal received their M.B.A. in Human Resource Management from Maharshi Dayanand University between 2006 and 2008.
