Gustavo Ribeiro has extensive experience in managed services and SAP consulting. Currently serving as the Head of AMS Managed Services at NEORIS since July 2013, Gustavo oversees a team of consultants, developers, and service delivery managers, managing a range of AMS contracts of varying complexity while adhering to ITIL best practices. Previous roles include SAP Team Lead for PLM, and positions at Deloitte Consulting and Accenture, where responsibilities involved functional analysis, project proposals, and solution testing across multiple SAP modules. Gustavo began their career as a technical support analyst at NOVA REMAQ and holds a degree from Centro Universitário FIEO and a secondary education in Computer Engineering from E.E Fernando Gasparian.
