Jimmy Shang currently serves as the Senior Director of Revenue Operations at Numa since August 2024, bringing extensive experience in revenue operations and marketing. Prior to this role, Jimmy held a similar position at Gladly from March 2022 to July 2024 and was the Director of Marketing Insights & Analytics at AdRoll from June 2019 to March 2022. Earlier roles include Director of Marketing at Traitify, Director of Marketing Strategy and Analytics at Avast Software, and Director of Marketing and Analytics at AVG Technologies. Jimmy's career also features positions at Location Labs by Avast, ACTION Coach, Javelin Strategy & Research, and All-Outdoors California Whitewater Rafting, demonstrating a solid background in product marketing and customer experience.
