Amir Torkamani has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries. Amir began their career in 2009 as a Mens Assistant Manager at Zara, where they worked until 2011. From there, they transitioned to a role as a Software Technical Support at MeridianLink from 2011 to 2015.

In 2015, Amir joined Edmunds as an Account Manager and eventually held multiple roles within the company, including Senior Account Manager, Senior Implementation Specialist, and Relationship Manager. Amir worked at Edmunds until 2018.

After that, Amir joined Ytel as a Technical Account Manager, where they configured and trained customers on a cloud communication platform and optimized call center operations. Amir stayed at Ytel until 2019.

From 2019 to 2020, Amir worked as the Director of Business Development at DealersGear, where they oversaw the management of digital presence for dealerships and provided advanced tools in the industry.

In 2020, Amir joined CDK Global and held various positions, including Dealer Success Manager, Senior Dealer Success Manager, and Manager of Enterprise Customer Success, where they managed teams and implemented sustainable workflows for businesses. Amir left CDK Global in 2023 to pursue a new opportunity.

Currently, Amir is working as a Customer Success Manager at Numa, where they are responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and success.

Throughout their career, Amir has gained experience in customer success, management, and business development.

Amir Torkamani has a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in business administration from California State University-Fullerton. In addition, they have obtained several certifications such as Customer Success Management Fundamentals from LinkedIn in April 2023, USSF Coaching license grade "D" from the United States Soccer Federation in August 2011, Google Analytics Individual Qualification from Google in April 2019, USSF State Referee grade 5 from the U.S. Soccer Federation in January 2019, Google Analytics from Google in October 2017, Google AdWords from Google in September 2017, USSF State Referee grade 6 from the U.S. Soccer Federation in January 2016, and USSF Referee badge grade 7 from the United States Soccer Federation in January 2015.
