Cyro Pecora, Jr. serves as the Vice President of Operations for Nufarm Americas, with previous roles including Head of Operations and Supply Chain for EuMEA and Director of Latin American Operations and Supply Chain at Nufarm. Prior to joining Nufarm, Cyro held various leadership positions at Dow AgroSciences including Global Productivity Director and Technology Center Director for Seeds and Biotechnology. Cyro's career at Dow Chemical included serving as Brazil Operations Director for Agrichemicals and Seeds and Production Manager at the Versene/Chelants Plant. Additionally, Cyro has experience as a Six Sigma Champion and Operations Leader in different segments. Cyro holds a Master's Degree in Food and Agribusiness Management from Purdue University and an M.B.A. in International Management from USP - Universidade de São Paulo.
