Angelina Bañuelos-Gonzalez is a Registered Dietitian with extensive experience in nutrition and diabetes education. Currently serving at Nudj Health since October 2022, Angelina previously worked as a Certified Diabetes Educator at Gonzaba Medical Group and held various roles at Health Dialog, including a Bilingual Learning and Development Specialist, Bilingual Registered Dietitian Health Coach, and Bilingual Health Coach. Early career experience includes serving as a Registered Dietitian and Health Coach at Marathon Health, where Angelina focused on individualized nutrition goals and patient education. In addition, Angelina has contributed to the training of interns in diabetes education at the University of the Incarnate Word. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Nutrition Sciences from the University of the Incarnate Word and a Bachelor of Science in Human Development with an emphasis in Nutrition from the University of California, Davis.
