Catherine Pappas Haronis has held various roles in the beauty and cosmetics industry since 1992. Catherine began their career at Yves Rocher as a Retail | Sales Director, where they pioneered a store within a store concept and rollout for Yves Rocher and The Hudson Bay Company. Catherine then joined L'Oréal in 1997 as an Account Executive | VICHY Laboratories, where they managed 92 pharmacy accounts throughout multiple Canadian territories, generating $3M in sales. Catherine was later promoted to Regional | Key Account Manager Vichy Laoratories, overseeing 500+ accounts throughout the vast Quebec region and generating $10M in annual retail revenue. In 2003, they became a Sales & Marketing Director for CP Consulting 4197984 Canada Inc, providing sales and marketing advice and counsel. In 2006, they joined Cover FX Skin Care Inc as National CosMedic Retail | Sales Director United States, spearheading sales operations and account development of the United States rollout. Catherine then moved to GPS Tracking Group, LLC in 2012 as a CPH Brand and Business Development Consultant, leveraging previous industry connections to acquire high-volume medical accounts and identifying opportunities for customized client solutions. In 2013, they became Director of Sales at Roberts Cosmetics + Containers, leading a Sales Team of 8 for this supplier of creative, innovative products to the top brands in the Cosmetics and Consumer Goods industry. Finally, in 2014, they began working as a Vice President of Sales for NUDESTIX, a simple collection of easy-to-use makeup crayons, as well as a Private Consultant for CPH Brand and Business Development.
