Shaun R. currently serves as the Divisional Head of Human Resources at Nucor Corporation, leading HR processes for over 500 employees across three states with a team of six direct reports. Previous experience includes roles as Human Resources Manager at Kosmos Cement Company, where Shaun managed HR functions for union and nonunionized plants and served as chief negotiator in labor relations, and as a Human Resources Business Partner at CEMEX USA, facilitating HR operations in a multi-state area. Earlier positions include managing HR at River City Distributing, overseeing recruitment and employee relations at Zeon Chemicals, and consulting on HR initiatives at Jewish Hospital & St. Mary's HealthCare. Shaun holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the University of Louisville.
