Nishtha Madnani is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as a Senior Recruiter at NucleusTeq since September 2023. Previously, Nishtha held the position of Human Resource Manager at Futurise from August 2021 to August 2023, and managed human resources at Bizolution Technologies Pvt Ltd from January 2020 to July 2021, as well as at Jain Software for the latter part of 2019. In these roles, Nishtha oversaw the full recruitment cycle and ensured efficient onboarding while collaborating closely with company founders on recruitment strategies. Nishtha began the HR career as a Human Resources Intern at Vedantu in 2019. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce from Maharaja Agrasen International College and a Company Secretary certification from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
