Patricia Bubner, PhD, is an accomplished scientist and entrepreneur with extensive experience in the fields of biotechnology, food technology, and cellular agriculture. Currently serving as CEO and Founder of Orbillion Bio since October 2019, Patricia is also a Strategic and Scientific Advisor at Rainfed Foods and a member of the Expert Board for The Protein Directory. Previous roles include Principal Scientific Consultant at Patricia Bubner Consulting and Senior Scientist at both a Conjugate Vaccine Startup and Boehringer Ingelheim. Patricia's academic credentials include a PhD in Biotechnology and a Dipl.Ing. in Technical Chemistry from Technische Universität Graz, alongside a postdoctoral fellowship from UC Berkeley. Patricia has engaged in various educational programs including Y Combinator and the Creative Destruction Lab, demonstrating a commitment to innovation and leadership in technology.
