Catherine Garrett is a dedicated professional currently serving as Team Lead at Nucleate and a NextGen Founders Programme Fellow with Women Who Build since October 2024. Catherine has previous experience as a Strategy and Operations Intern and Consultant at Heartbeat Health from May 2022 to June 2024, and as an Undergraduate Researcher at Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution, focusing on coral reef resilience. Additional roles include Gallery Attendant at Princeton University Art Museum, Rowing Coach for Sarasota Crew, and Primary Team Summer Intern at Portfolio Advisors, LLC. Catherine holds a Bachelor’s degree in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from Princeton University and is pursuing a Master of Philosophy in Bioscience Enterprise at the University of Cambridge. Educational experiences also include programs in Computer Science at Columbia University and outdoor leadership with NOLS.
