Mariana Aguirre is a dedicated professional with diverse experience in the fields of nutrition, education, and business management. Since August 2020, Mariana has served as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store specializing in organic body care and environmental products. Additionally, Mariana has held the position of Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016, while managing Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Mariana's background also includes work as a nutritionist in a private practice and as a university lecturer, teaching courses in applied mathematics to nutrition and the history of food from August 2016 to August 2017.
