Ellen Kiss is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in innovation, design thinking, and education. Currently serving as the Director at Nubank since August 2022, Ellen also holds positions as a speaker at StartSe and a columnist for Revista HSM Management. With a long-standing academic career at ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing, Ellen has contributed as a professor in various capacities including Design Thinking and Strategic Design. Past roles at Itaú Unibanco included leadership in innovation and marketing, as well as mentoring at FRST Falconi, focusing on design thinking methodologies.
