Jay Hussey is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in executive search and advisory roles across various sectors, particularly technology and digital marketing. Currently serving as a Partner at NU Advisory Partners since January 2024, Jay focuses on leveraging AI and tech-led solutions for complex talent challenges. Prior to this, Jay was President of Global Search at SRI (February 2017 - January 2024), where leadership resulted in significant growth and global expansion within the executive search market. Jay also held key positions at Odgers Berndtson, NineSeven Partners (founder), Russell Reynolds Associates, Egon Zehnder International, Digitas, Resource Interactive, and PepsiCo, demonstrating a strong history of driving business success and innovation in talent management and digital marketing. Jay holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a bachelor's degree in Philosophy and Economics from Colgate University.
