Vaibhav Bisen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the insurance and consulting sectors. Currently serving as the Vice President of Insurance at NTT DATA since August 2022, Vaibhav previously held several significant roles at Genpact from January 2012 to August 2022, including Client Partner and Global Transformation Director, where responsibility involved leading global business transformation programs that resulted in substantial cost savings and capability improvements. Vaibhav also served as Vice President for Solutions in the EMEA and APAC regions, focusing on designing transformation solutions for insurance clients. Additional notable experience includes managing strategic transformation projects at Old Mutual and leading outsourcing initiatives at Genpact. Vaibhav's educational background includes a PGDM in General Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Indore, and a BE in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka, complemented by a Leadership Excellence Program from Duke Corporate Education.
