Isao Otake has held various leadership positions in the telecommunications industry, including Director at NTT Communications and Engagement Manager at Microsoft. Prior experience includes Senior Manager and Manager roles at NTT East, as well as serving as Acting Manager at NTT (Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation). Isao Otake completed a Master’s degree in Applied Physics from the University of Tsukuba and attended 海城高校 from 1984 to 1986.
