Helder Alexandre Ferraz is currently the Commercial & Regulatory Director at NTS - Nova Transportadora do Sudeste since October 2021. Previously, Ferraz had a long tenure at Galp Energia - Petrogal Brasil, where roles included Head of Commercial & Contracts (E&P) and E&P Commercial Manager for the Mozambique LNG Project. Responsibilities encompassed commercial planning, deal structuring, and negotiation of a variety of agreements within a multi-billion dollar portfolio of oil and gas assets in Brazil. Ferraz also served as Development Project Manager for LNG & FLNG projects, overseeing project management and contract negotiations. Additionally, Ferraz held the position of Technical Manager, focusing on the construction and operation of gas distribution networks and LNG regasification infrastructure. Educational qualifications include studies at Universidade do Minho, Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics, and Porto Business School between 2012 and 2014.
