Gairik Guru is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the energy and urban development sectors. Currently serving as Manager - Law at NTPC Limited since May 2009, Gairik oversees all legal aspects related to power plant operations and manages ongoing litigations. Previous roles include Deputy Manager Law at Talaipalli Coal Mines and Ramagundam Power Project, and Assistant Manager Law and Law Officer addressing coal mining and land acquisition legal matters. Gairik's career began at Housing & Urban Development Corporation Ltd. as a Law Officer, focusing on financial transactions for real estate development. Gairik holds an Advanced Diploma in Alternate Dispute Resolution from the National Academy of Legal Studies & Research and a BALLB from the National Law Institute University, Bhopal.
