Virginia Thornton, P.E. has a Master's Degree in Water Resources Engineering from the University of Delaware, where Virginia also obtained Bachelor's Degrees in Environmental/Environmental Health Engineering and Energy and Environmental Policy. Virginia has experience as an Engineer at NTM Engineering and previously worked as a Project Engineer at Gannett Fleming, a Project Specialist at the University of Delaware, a Resident Assistant at the University of Delaware, a PS&R Intern at DuPont, an IT Help Desk Intern at Computer Aid, Inc., and a College of Agriculture Field Research Intern at the University of Delaware. Throughout their roles, Virginia has demonstrated a strong background in municipal engineering, land development planning, environmental research, and project management.
