Jen DeYoung, CCEP, has a work experience spanning over 13 years. Jen began their career as a Senior Legal Administrator at Graphic Packaging International, LLC in September 2008 and worked there until March 2011. After that, they joined nThrive as a Legal Services Operations Manager in March 2011 and held the position until October 2020. Jen then joined Savista as a Compliance Officer in October 2020, where they worked until May 2023. Currently, they serve as the Senior Director of Compliance at FinThrive, starting from May 2023.

Jen DeYoung, CCEP has a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Services, General from Kennesaw State University, which they obtained between 2005 and 2007. Jen also holds an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Reinhardt University, which they completed between 1994 and 1997. Additionally, in May 2022, they obtained a Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) certification from the Compliance Certification Board (CCB), SCCE & HCCA.
