Joe O'Connell is an accomplished Project Manager at NTH Consultants, Ltd. since April 1992, focused on mentoring and building effective project teams. With extensive leadership experience, Joe served as President of the Construction Management Association of America, Ohio Chapter, and held various roles within the CMAA Ohio Chapter, including Vice President and Past President. Additionally, Joe contributed as an Affiliate Member-at-Large for the Northern Ohio Society for Healthcare Engineering from 2011 to 2016. Early career roles included positions as Field Supervisor/Coordinator at Westinghouse Environmental & Infrastructure and Field Technician at H.C. Nutting Company. Joe completed education at Purcell Marion High School, graduating in 1978.
