Arthur Moretto, PMP®, PSPO®

Arthur Moretto, PMP®, PSPO® has over 20 years of experience in project and product management. Arthur began their career in 2000 as an Analyst at Leblanc, where they were responsible for configuring network hardware, upgrading, repairing, and maintaining computer networks, and troubleshooting various network issues. In 2004, they moved to Xerox as an IT Analyst, where they conducted print environment analysis, implemented print parks, and implemented print accounting software. Arthur was also responsible for analyzing printing costs by area/cost center. From 2009 to 2022, they worked at ExxonMobil in various roles, including Product Manager of Digital Manufacturing, Product Owner/MSP Advisor of Database Services, Licensing Coordinator of Oracle and SQL Servers, and DBA of SQL. During this period, they were responsible for the compliance of all databases, software installation and maintenance, data extraction, transformation, and loading, and specialized data handling. Arthur has been a Project Manager at both NTConsult and IBM since 2022.

Arthur Moretto, PMP®, PSPO® has an educational history that includes a Bachelor's degree in IT from Fesp - Fundação de Estudos Sociais do PR (2006-2009), a Post-Graduation degree in Financial Management from SPEI - Sociedade Paranaense de Ensino e Informatica (2012-2013), and an Executive MBA in Business Administration from MBA - Estação business School (2018-present). Additionally, they have obtained certifications from IBM, Scrum.org, and Microsoft Partner. These certifications include IBM Garage Foundation (2022), Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner (2022), IBM Garage Essentials (2022), Professional Scrum Product Owner I (2021), Developing SQL Data Models (2017), Developing Microsoft SQL server 2014 (2017), Quick Microsoft SQL Server 2012-2014 Integration Services (2016), Querying Microsoft SQL server (2015), Administrating Microsoft SQL Server Data Bases (2015), and Project Manager Professional (2022).
