Rodolfo Espina is an accomplished Project Manager at Ntara since April 2023 and a Founding Partner at ALLPASS Consulting Services since December 2018. With extensive experience in consulting roles, Rodolfo has contributed to various projects, including technical assistance in customs systems for Euro-Funding and support for the implementation of the World Trade Organization's Trade Facilitation Agreement. Prior positions include Regional Coordinator at Veratia Global Services, where Rodolfo designed and implemented a comprehensive risk management system for border control in Nicaragua, and various consulting roles with organizations such as AESA - Agriconsulting Europe SA, Eptisa, and the Inter-American Development Bank. Rodolfo holds a Master's degree in Project Management from Universidad Galileo, expected in December 2023, and a Bachelor's degree in System Administration from the same institution, completed in 2002.
