Carl (Shengxi) Chen P.Eng C.E.T. is a skilled Distribution Engineer at NT Power since August 2022, where responsibilities include supporting management and technical teams in distribution system operations, as well as developing and monitoring system plans for operational efficiency. Prior experience includes designing a 27.6 kV underground power distribution project at DPM Energy Inc and conducting solar system analyses at Abundant Solar Energy Inc. Additionally, Carl applied solar PV concepts in AutoCAD at Celestica and organized the successful Centennial College National Engineering Month event in 2015. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Technology in Power & Energy Engineering from McMaster University and an Advanced Diploma in Energy Management and Systems Technology from Centennial College.
