Neil Finlay has extensive experience in public sector management and policy development, currently serving as the Manager of the Share Our Space program at the NSW Department of Education. In addition, Neil is the Founder of play x play and has held various leadership roles at the NSW Department of Customer Service, including A/ Director of Data.NSW and Principal Policy Officer. Previous roles at the NSW Office of Sport encompass Senior Data & Insights Officer, Senior Project Officer, Policy Advisor, and Data & Analytics Officer, showcasing a strong background in data management and policy implementation.
