Ercan Kocak currently serves as the Director of IT Transformation at the NSW Department of Education, a position held since June 2024. Prior to this role, Ercan Kocak worked at Fletcher Building from July 2014 to August 2024, holding titles such as Head of IT - Business unit CIO and Global End User Compute Manager. Ercan Kocak's earlier experience includes serving as Information Technology Service Delivery Manager at Crane Group, where responsibilities involved overseeing infrastructure rollouts and insourcing IT functions. Before that, Ercan Kocak worked as a Network Administrator at Iplex Pipelines, managing an aging IT environment, and started a career as a Systems Administrator at NTN, a small company with 50 users. Ercan Kocak is an alumnus of Randwick Boys High School.
