Javiera Calderón possesses a diverse background in project support and journalism, with experience as an Assistant Project Officer in various offices under the NSW Department of Communities and Justice, including the Office of the Deputy Secretary - Strategy, Policy and Commissioning, the Office of the Anti-slavery Commissioner, and the Women, Family and Community Safety directorate. Prior to these roles, Javiera served as an Office Assistant at the Network of Community Activities and contributed as a journalist for Fundación Teatro a Mil and Museo Violeta Parra.
