Josephine Swinhoe is an experienced executive in the voluntary and healthcare sectors, currently serving as the Executive Director of Income Generation at NSPCC since May 2018, leading fundraising efforts for the UK's leading children's charity. Josephine has also been the Business Owner and Director of The Tinnitus Clinic Limited since March 2011, managing adult audiology rehabilitation specializing in tinnitus and hyperacusis. Additional roles include serving as a Trustee for Royal Voluntary Service and The Philanthropy Foundation, and as a Chartered Director Ambassador at the Institute of Directors.
