Marjana Tomas is an experienced Employee Relations Specialist at NSoft Company since October 2020, previously serving as a Staff Care Expert at the Danish Refugee Council from May 2020 to May 2021. For over 13 years, Marjana worked at United World College Mostar, initially as a University Counsellor and later as an Admission Officer, where responsibilities included guiding students, coordinating admission processes, and maintaining university application systems. Prior roles include Staff Care Specialist at BH Woman Initiative and Psychologist at Primary School "Zalik" Mostar. Marjana holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Sarajevo and has undergone education at Secondary Medical School "Dr Ruzica Rip" Sombor.
